It looks like they used the front clip from a 46-47 Packard and stuck it on a bus frame/body. |

If that's the case, this might end up as "custom made" being as there probably is no way to tell what the chassis is. |

Definitely a Packard front end, but how to list it? Packard didn't make buses except the one-off in 1941. |
