 Maybe it's meant to resemble Spartan, but the logo on the fire apparatus does indeed say 'Fire-Bann'. It also seems to be a unique one, since there's no other example found on the internet other than this Hungarian registered model. The wheels on this mini-me Spartan don't look European either.

A few more details, though I'm not sure if the information is as crystal clear as I hoped:

Since it is an American machine, its consumption must also be mentioned as mandatory information: 33 l/100 km in urban traffic and 24 l/100 km on the highway.
