Gordini, not sure... It's a Renault "Dauphine" (base 1093 ?) may be the model "export" made for customer out of Europe

BTW it was a real coffin on wheels with its rear engine, I can't imagine it on snow :D

No. (or maybe,but improbably)
"Renault Gordini" was the argentine version of the "Dauphine" produced by IKA.
Funny because I know its a coffin on wheels but still one of my favorite cars because is one of the cars that introduce me into cars,my grandpa bought me a magazine about the history of the "Gordini" when I was 4 years old... the rest is history

Can't comment from experience, but cars with the engine over the driven wheels should have good traction. In UK with rear-engined things like the Imp, a common trick to ensure steering capability in snow was to put a half paving slab in the front boot. Imps, R8s, Simca 1000, small Fiats and similar rear-engined stuff were very popular as trials cars in 60s and 70s for climbing very muddy hill tracks for similar principle. The mirror situation applies for front engine RWDs, which is why for instance most modern BMWs have a reputation in UK for being shite in the snow. Narrow wheels/tyres also help traction - so the Dauphine has a second advantage. And wide wheel BMWs have an extra handicap ...
