Black tail light trim is 2000 at the earliest. Honeycomb grille is 2001 at the earliest. Those two factors plus the older style steering wheel and 1998-2002 Interceptor wheels would make this one a 2001-2002. |

Cinema Vehicles in Atlanta has 3 dark blue "1999" Crown Victorias with honeycomb grilles, but the only one that has the same center console as the one in the show is this one: https://cvsatl.cinemavehicles.com/inventory-item/print/11205/ - Looks like they changed out or taped over part of the dashboard to get rid of the wood trim, too. |
