That's an EV taxicab operated by Blue Bird Group, these were operated under e-Bluebird, as noticed being labeled proudly in its rear sliding doors. A report by electrive from Germany claimed an approximately of 200 vans were ordered by the company in 2020, despite they later delayed that EV fleet expansion commitment at that time due to the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting that plan went on pause until at least starting from 2022. Thankfully, a small amount of these were finally delivered here in 2021, based on this Instagram post. They were first operated in Bali at that time, with an extra additional units arriving to the fleet in 2022, and probably even a few more in 2023. Because this episode was filmed in Bali, I think we can safely leave this as a 2021, based on my given research above from when they were actually first delivered here. |
