![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() "In December 1952 General Motors Holden launched tourer and coupe utility versions of the EIPV Velox and EIX Wyvern models on the Australian market, prefixed EBP for the Velox and EBX for the Wyvern. Both these cars used modified Vauxhall bodies fixed to the Bedford CA chassis. The tourer was originally to be called the Caleche but by the time of launch the model name was changed to Vagabond; it was a two-door five seater with folding top and side curtains, and was discontinued before the 1955 face-lift." Numbers made seem to be about 850 or 1200 according to source, maybe only 60-70 left and only about 30 in good running order. |
