Strange stuck-on panel in windscreen - looks like a rear window demister, but I've never seen them used on windscreen - just open a vent instead of obscuring your vision?? |

AFAIK nothing wired, just a double-pane to prevent fogging. Remember the heater back then was a warm coat and a hat. I'm sure @johnfromstaffs has seen them IRL? |
