LA plates were issued in Latvia from 1990 along with LL for Lithuania (Estonia didn't follow because еа and EA both look the same  ) How bad did things have to be for it to be that run down in probably not even a year?Or rather the other way around and it was repainted shortly after the video was filmed? -- Last edit: 2025-02-03 16:24:12 |
