Assuming it's not a chopped saloon - which is a plausible explanation - looks like Drop Head Coupé by H.J.Mulliner. Discussion here suggests only 2 S1s made. At least with S2 they made 15 (8 RHD, 7 LHD) if I've understood things correctly, and fortunately we already have one seen in Italy and a potential 2nd Italian sighting of same or very similar. So let's believe ...
