I think it's a Cadillac, based on the badge in the center of the grille. It's a ticker-tape parade in the late 1920s or early 1930s; assuming New York City here's a list of possibilities: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ticker-tape_parades_in_New_York_City |
