Looks a lot more like an early-1970's Ford to me. |

Could this be another Aussie Ford? At least it is right hand drive... |

Doesn't appear to be anything Aussie |

South African cars are RHD, too. |

@Ingo: I didn't forget to keep my eyes opened, but I didn't see nothing ( in any language ) related with your model of election -- Last edit: 2008-09-29 00:30:51 |

Am I the only only one who sees a 1969-73 Dodge/Plymouth in this picture? |

No taxiguy, you're not - I kept thinking "Valiant" involuntarily, i.e. Chrysler... |

Many thanks for your efforts. But i'm relaxed. Sooner or later there will be a success. It can take a lot of years, but finally I got all, which I was looking for. Do you need anything? Saturday the 11th Oct, I'll go there: http://www.veterama.de/ (the bigggest market in Europe except Beaulieu/GB). I can look around for you. Just tell me, what you are interested in. |

It's a '69 Dodge Monaco. Best comparison pic I could find is this one from the brochure as most Monaco's were hardtops. |

That's exactly the car I was thinking it was |

Yeah that is the one that were available in South Africa market... I think they called Chrysler and by the name of engine size. For example: Chrysler 383... |

That's it - it is a Dodge Monaco, now that you say it I recognise it (the pretty next-door girl's dad had one ). Some versions were indeed called the Dodge Monaco - which looked a bit different from the Chrysler (e.g. 383). Quite a few pics at www.dyna.co.za, the closest to this one which is http://www.dyna.co.za/cars/1973_Chrysler_383_Green_ssf2.jpg and http://www.dyna.co.za/cars/ch383-2.jpg. |

I'm not looking for anything special, Ingo. Nevertheless, thank you for your offer |

Then this one should be made for South Africa market? |
