YE 4304. Vintage footage, not just a photograph.

As far as I can tell YE 4304 was early 1927. Which fits this comment
Sunbar wrote AEC NS-type bus had a low-framed body which made it less likely to tip over when fitted with a covered top deck. Even so, the Metropolitan Police would not allow enclosed top decks until 1926. The early NS-types had open tops.

Can't find the fleet number to wrap up the ID.

Buses on Screen says

" Limousine Buses (1927, British Pathe):
Footage reporting on the first of '200 six-wheeled pneumatic tyred, 62-seat luxury buses'. In the event only 10 of these stylish Dodson bodied Guy BTX entered service with the City Motor Omnibus Company. YT 8954 was new in 1927 and taken into London Transport ownership in 1934, numbered GS21. It is seen in the streets of London, and passing contemporary AEC NS2039 (YE 4304) on service 29C while other NSs pass in the other direction
