Origin is Indonesia as this is the APV-based model and fully unrelated to the Carry sold in Japan; it is developed for emerging markets, not Japan, with (I believe) Indonesia being the starting point. Alongside with the APV, it was never introduced for the JDM as a captive import, considering Suzuki's refusal to follow Daihatsu Gran Max's footsteps on Japanese captive imports. 2005+ for export markets including Thailand. |
