With this length of the chassis and speed, I believe it has a bigger engine. I cannot see any exhaust pipes from the hood/bonnet which might or might not exclude the Model K. At least it's rather unlikely as it was introduced in 1928. Instead it is not impossible to be a 1924-25 Mercedes 24/100/140 or a 1926-29 Mercedes-Benz 24/100/140.
