On IMCDb 4D and ET6 are the same truck. (I guess ET6 could be Ford type number for European Truck type 6?) I suspect the correct model name for all of the trucks currently labelled either 'ET6' or '4D' is 'ET6'. The '4D' and '6D' badging relates to the engine, 4 or 6 cylinder Diesel and is also found on the Thames Trader models (on the side rather than the front.
