 Here are the interiors from the DS https://www.nuancierds.fr/DT%20tableaux%20DS.htm with dec 1970 (MY 1971?) of particular interest.

I'm not an expert on Citroën, but when comparing the ID with the DS it seems the ID have white door handles while the DS have chromed ones.
When looking at the door handle just beneath the girls chin, my impression is that it is chromed.

I still think it's a DS rather than an ID.

 it is very difficult to say only with two photos. There is a multitude of details that differentiate the ID and DS according to the years; series; models; French or foreign production etc... Indeed, there were white or gray door handles depending on the models. The only thing practically certain here is that it is a 70-72 model (steering wheel, dashboard, seat shape*) I would not say a "Pallas" but maybe a "DS Special"

*and the length of the guy’s hair :)

 1972+ black wipers, DS more likely. I can't see (ID manual system) large gearstick.
