Not sure it's a genuine 1938...though ''Roues Pilotes''. Bumpers are of those from 1947+ and we don't see if ventilation window or grille. |

Pretty clear louvered hood. If everything is original, this is a late 1946 model. Stoneguards came in August along with beltline trim, the new wheels only after the Paris Motor Show in October (Pilote wheels even continued on the 15 until 1949) |
