Not an SE. It's a base model instead (see wheels, lack of roof rack) that was only made for export markets - in this case, the middle east. These markets also do not use the SE designation. It's also not a 1996 but a 2001 model instead; it has the badge on the tailgate (lower RH corner) for the new 3.5L V6 engine, introduced for that year. |

Here is a GCC spec Pathfinder. Side repeaters and differing trim levels than our NA counterparts. I believe this would also be a candidate for the GCC tag (if added). Appears to have a Euro Size Qatari plates Also, if I'm not wrong, Iraq have only recently started issuing Euro size plates and even then, only in the Kurdistan region so far.
