We've identified this vehicle using the details you provided ROVER OTHERS OTHER 1936 Registration number: CAL 756 Body type: Saloon Colour: Blue And Black Date of first registration: May 1936 But a Morris Register Vehicle Database and a couple of other online hooks confirm as Morris Ten-Four Series II sliding head saloon, which looks right to me.
