Door decal is more than likely the iVTEC/DOHC that a lot of tuners put there. I don’t recall that ever being a stock option. Flared bumper is 2004-2005 indeed. |

It could be the 'NGV' decal that went on the natural gas-fueled Civic GX... In which case the shape below the right taillight would be the blue 'CNG' diamond and the shape on the side of the rear bumper behind the wheel would be a California 'Clean Air Vehicle' decal: https://i.imgur.com/fKe7aCR.jpg |
