Maybe we can go by the position of the lettering, which is on the right, which suggests a Vespa, while a Lambretta should have the badge on the left. |

Just going by the position of the headlamp, early Vespas had it on the mudguard (except UK), later would be on the headstock. Is this something unique to W. Germany? |
