I think this is a replica based on a 1994 Cooper - based on trying to read the fuzzy print of fuzzy magazine article - it's definitely a modern shell. Britax sponsored a team of Downtown-prepared Mk2 Coopers in late 60s BSCC (usually in sub-1000cc class, so not Cooper S) with this memorable livery, and lots of replicas around. Useless bit of trivia - the original team cars were painted using AA Land Rover supplies.
