Why? Looks like the British front number plate carrier. I’m going to just leave it at Silver Wraith, although the windscreen looks Hooper, I’m not certain. |

Hardly conclusive, there are a lot of right hand drive Royces in USA, imported when second hand, unless someone comes up with a chassis number, it’s impossible to be certain. |
