We've identified this vehicle using the details you provided FORD CORTINA MK1 LOTUS 1965 Registration number: CHT 818C Body type: Saloon Colour: White Date of first registration: March 1965 Cylinder capacity 1558 cc Wrong bumper, no green flash, but lowered suspension and wide wheels look right. RHD wipers, so probably not a repatriated US example (which did have full bumper). Common to see ordinary Cortinas dressed up as Lotus, but very unusual to see a Lotus restored incorrectly. |
