Took me ages to find the actual name until I stumbled on 2 already on the site. Distinguishing visual features from earlier Mokes as far as I can tell (I'm learning as I go along here): - bigger grille and front panel proportions are different - twin round sidelights (all previous Mokes were single round or rectangular) - more rounded top corners for screen frame - snazzy wheels - removal of previous Moke clutter - big mirrors, sidescreens, overcomplexified bumpers Complicated back story for this revival (see wiki including Chinese involvement from Chery, but I think it makes best sense just to enter as origin US. Any trace of UK Mokery too diluted by now. |

Now there are four different companies making Mokes: Chery (China) Moke America (USA, apparently using Chery parts) Moke International (UK, originallly France) Kate (France, does not use the Moke name, apparently the new name for NosMoke which was also based in Cerizay) |
