I think the stunt for this scene was set up with one parked car (the one behind this red car, looks like a large SUV or a minivan) for the police car, not sure why they've decided to place the second car in front of that vehicle with effects, not a real one. Edited my comment above to clear this up, could confirm that's the same beige SUV (GMC Yukon XL) with front end damage behind this red car (Ford Focus).
