The II had e bit extra chrome, but the car shown here has the double bumpers and vent windows in the doors, and being in America it is most probably a 1959 Prinz 30 E (30 bhp, E = Export, the luxury version).

Perhaps that you may be correct that I can see all red taillight lens for US market...
