I believe it's a 1980's Volvo DL (black grille (it has, doesn't it?), solid white paint). 1981: Link to "www.volvotips.com" 1982: Link to "www.volvotips.com" Perhaps more likely a 1982 because of the shiny (reflexes?) part beneath the headlights. If it has a chromed grille, it's a GL. |

It looks like a 2-door to me, which were only sold as DL or GLT/Turbo in the US. The GL line was only available as 4-door sedan or wagon. |

As this doesn't have alloys, metallic paint or "black chrome", I find it very unlikely to be a GLT or a Turbo. Because of that I believe it's a 1982, only, Volvo DL. (1983+ had different bumpers) |
