Not a genuine WWII QL aircraft refueler. The refueling booms were only added after WWII and the truck itself looks not to be a tanker. Compare it with this QL aircraft refueler the differences are noticable... /vehicle_40608-Bedford-QL.html The movie company probably modified it to represent a fuel-laden truck to dramatise the crash and resulting fire. -- Last edit: 2009-08-22 14:43:46 |
