Worldwide grille, (well nearly), 1939+ Ford Prefect E93A.

Or maybe A93A if assembled in Australia.

Painted grille slats as well as plated ones, (base vs deLuxe?) http://www.simoncars.co.uk/ford/prefect093a.html

More:
E93A Saloon introduced in Aus 1939, “body like U.K. version”
E03A Saloon 1940-45 “body like E93A”
A53A Saloon 1946-48 “body like E93A, with extended boot”.
Discontinued 1949, replaced by E493A shaped front, saloon with extended boot, and coupé types only.

1939-45 products alt’ve models were:

1939/40:
Saloon
Coupé
Standard tourer
DeLuxe tourer
Van
Roadster Ute (straight side)
Roadster Ute (well side)
Coupé Ute (straight side)
Coupé Ute (well type)

1940/45 as above but well side variants gone.

There were also various short wheelbase 8hp Anglia variants sold. It seems Ford wanted to cover every possible angle in its small/medium range.
