The cabriolet roof looks German but I think it is an American car - maybe with a European body? It might be a 1934 Oldsmobile.

Don't you think that the suicide doors and hood sculpturing (1st thumbnail) look more like Packard?

My reason for thinking Olds was the style of the hood louvre and the crease along the top of the bonnet/engine hood. There may well be a large French car which has these characteristics. The style of door opening will be to do with the body maker. The style of the fenders/guards looks very GM around 1934/5.
