Guesswork: Early AJS/Matchless with girders had the speedo tucked in above the headlamp, Ariel had the speedo/drive on the opposite side, the way the forks are pinched inward between headlamp & mudguard doesn't work for BSA. I reckon Norton 16H, anyone else want to play? |
