This is only partially correct. XF was originally allocated to the County Council of London and began use in January 1921. Serials 1 to 4000 were reserved for motor cycles only. XF was subsequently re-allocated to Torbay in 1968, and was not used without a year letter. -- Last edit: 2023-02-01 14:04:32 |
