I have just followed the links suggested by @the sad biker and have one small clarification: Black Clowns Gang 13 is the name of the bike (13 is Timatis favorite number and black is his favorite color, his music label was Black Star) made by YuriShifCustom (or just Shifcustom) workshop. Their official site informs the chopper is based on Silver Stork.
