PS. The 1996 Caprice from 10.21 is a 1996 because of a "collector's edition" badge on the rear boot (plus the 95/96 rear quarter windows). The "collector's edition" was some sort of GCC dealership/market thing for the so called 1996.5 model of Caprice & Caprice SS. They really just threw in few badges outside & inside the car and called it a day.
