Eagle Summit is also an option. I lean more towards the Mitsubishi or Eagle with the grille emblem. I just can't make out which. |

Eagle Summit hatch was first released in 1991. The wheels looks like the same too, but the grille doesn't match: https://www.edmunds.com/eagle/summit/1991/hatchback/ Also Dodge and Plymouth can be exluded because they had different grille. So id' Go for Mitsubishi Mirage due the badge on grille, however I didn't seen these wheels on them.
