Location is Deer Meadow Farms in Winnipeg, Manitoba: https://www.deermeadowfarms.com/uploads/4/3/5/8/43588103/img-2795_orig.jpg I didn't find any pictures of this car on their website but it looks like some kind of scaled down Model T replica or amusement park ride.
