I was assuming that this one could possibly be the same one, but I'm not sure: /vehicle_172548-Nissan-Sentra-C16-2007.html It seems to have a honeycomb grill (notice how big the ford oval is, compared to how small it was with the older 1998-2000 grills.) All I can say is that it's anywhere between a 1998-2002. I suppose we can more clearly identify it if/when better pictures get added.
