Non-valid license plate P89691. P = Älvsborgs län. In 1951 (the year of my book) the numbers only reached P22402. We had 24724 vehicles registered by April 1 1953. 34161 vehicles by January 1, 1955 and 43768 vehicles by October 1 1956. Therefor I'd guess that this number is an anachronism for a movie set in 1956. By the 15 November 1957 the numbers only reached P64000. This number belonged to a 1960-1961 Volvo in 1962. |
