43 UKP was Kent Aug-Sept 62, suggesting late S2. However looks LHD in 2nd thumb and there's a blob in first thumb where Italian sidemarker would occur. And headlights look spiders-eye, which are normally RHD S1 only, not S2 or LHD export. So I don't trust the plate - I suppose it's possible a LHD Italian export returned to Britain for a 62 plate and corrected headlights, then returned to Europe for filming, but it all gets a bit wobbly ....

There is no current record of this car in the Bentley Drivers Club membership list, and I also checked for 1982, not for that year either. Further, the registration series was a normal issue of the time, and not reserved for late registration of imported cars, which suggests it may have carried it when new, but if so, why left hand drive?
