Also known as the Tourneo Connect I believe in the European markets. Certainly there is a dealer in Turkey who is currently advertising a 2008 model which has the rear seats installed. A fantastically versatile little vehicle. Reason I mention is that Wikipedia contains an interesting overview and all the supporting detail around the argument Ford had with the US Customs regarding it's import classification and whether it was correct for Ford to be charged the 25% additional levy or not, ie is it a van or a passenger vehicle? Realistically it needs to be either and that use is ultimately chosen by the user. If anyone watches this film it'll be interesting to know whether any cleaning operatives are seen sitting in the back or whether it's full of buckets and mops!! |
