Heat sequence (which was a totally different chase), the van used is the 1981 Dodge Ram Van already listed here. Originally from "Dark Breed" (1996).

In the L.A. Heat sequence (which was a totally different chase), the van used is the 1981 Dodge Ram Van already listed here.
