These wheels and hubcaps came in August 1965 (so model year 1966), but then they were painted black and white. The silver paint came in August 1967 (model year 1968), together with the new headlights and bumpers... |

I think those are wheel trims (with black-and-white wheels underneath), and I'd say 1966my. Poor thing, 14 years haven't been very kind to it. |
