Well second gen Nexia production had started back in 2008, and a lot of them were sold since then. I don't remember anything about a ban of all the CIS (which Ukraine actually left back in 2018) cars, there was just a ban of Russian cars that was 'got around' by importing them by parts and assembling in Ukraine (like there's Zaporizhzhia-made Grantas)
