Yes, starting from 1990, Latvia began issuing Soviet plates with Latin letters to distance itself from the USSR. Lithuania also used this system (LLx) but Estonia didn’t. They kept it unchanged until the issue of new plates in December 1991 (probably because EA and ЕА look pretty much the same  ) -- Last edit: 2022-07-05 22:57:29 |
