It must be unusual to see that many small imports all together in traffic like that - I note the red Honda Accord on the left, the white Celica?? coupe, the early Mazda RX7, and another Datsun Sunny in front of the Corolla. |

Not really...the 1980s was when the Japanese cars started invading the U.S. full force. That Datsun, BTW, was sold as B210 in the U.S. -- Last edit: 2008-04-02 11:18:24 |

They're not all imports. There's a 1977-1978 Ford Thunderbird in front of the RX7. |

It looks like it could be San Francisco. I remember it just like this -- imports were very popular in the 1980s on east and west coasts, but not as popular in the middle of the country. |
