 This is a GMC for sure, as indicated by the front fenders and what little of the hood is visible...

The paint scheme is identical to the main one (of about three if I recall) that were used in Blue Streak. (It also appeared in one other movie other than this one, but right now it escapes me.) I would say that this one is a 1973 GMC C-6500, based on the Blue Streak page:
