That scene in the second picture is the one I remembered from this film. Thanks for posting it! It is a 88" Series II early model from 1958 (no indicators). |

Most likley 1958, but it could be anything up to 1966 as indicators were officially an optional extra until 1967, even though from 1962 (the introduction of the Series 2A ) they were one of those options that were fitted as standard unless the customer said otherwise. |

Which edition is this from? Criterion? The yellow tinting is overdone. Compare with the Potemkine print... Criterion Potemkine (far superior) |

I've replaced them but may do the Potemkin later. They both use the same source material from Mosfilm (2K restoration) but Criterion went overboard with this yellow. |
