All-Soviet Motorsport Championships

"On September 22, the finals of the All-Soviet Motorsport Championships ended after a week on the Pirita-Kose racetrack.
In the 350 ccm class, muscovite People's Motorsportist J. Gringaut achieved the title of Soviet champion with his M35-K equipped with a compressor. He made the 200 km path (30 laps) in 2 hours, 5 minutes and 57,9 seconds with an average speed of 96,40 km/h. This speed beats the 1947 record set by the foreign motorbike DKW by 14 kilometers. The average speed of his best lap was 101,10 km/h.
Second in the 350 ccm class was Leningradite master sportsman V. Lukin with his IZh 350. His average speed was 94,68 km7h. S. Ovchonkin of Moscow with his M-35 sportsbike came third.
An interesting and intense battle occurred in the most powerful class (under 750 ccm) between master sportsman J. Stepanov (RSFSR) and B. Sveshnikov (Moscow). The former reached the finish line in 2 hours, 4 minutes and 49,8 seconds. This is the best time of the 1949 season. He got his M-75 up to an average speed of 97,27 km/h, clearly beating the 1947 record.
Master sportsman J. Stepanov won the title of Soviet champion.
With only 0,4 seconds behind, B. Sveshnikov finished second with his M-75. L. Potani (RSFSR) came in third.
On the same day, the female cyclists also competed for a friendship prize given out by the Tallinn Soviet of Worker's Emissaries. Master sportswoman I. Ozolina (air force) made the best lap time. On her IZh-350, she drove 15 laps (100 km) in 1 hour, 7 minutes and 41,7 seconds; average speed 89,69 km/h.
After the end of the competition, the victors were congratulated for their new achievements in Soviet motorsports by Secretary of Central Committee of the CPE Nikolai Karotamm and the main judge of the competition."

If it isn't an IZh 350, it's a DKW NZ 350.

The one behind with telescopic forks looks like an IZh 350 S(port), 'C' in cyrilic.
