87KE17 might be genuine plate - I've an army listing with "81KE17 Land Rover 110 Soft Top, Gulf 1991, RAMC", and several 110 Hard tops with other KE plates. Lightbar may mean Military Police?? |

Unlikely colour is normally black or nowadays the Battenberg and uses the more modern land rovers and even Ford Galaxys |
